2009 Managing Broker of the Year
Gail Fisher, Coldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal Properties
Gail’s accomplishments are numerous. She has been very involved with the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors®, including serving as President in 2004. During her term as President, she was instrumental in many initiatives, including establishing a set of “Best Practices” to encourage courtesy and professionalism within the marketplace. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Member Services, an OREF Manager, State Director, Chairman of the Budget Committee and more. Currently, Gail is a State Director and member of the Brokerage Risk Management Committee.
Gail acquired her real estate license in 1982, and in 1995, transitioned from sales to management. She became president of Coldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal Properties in 2000, a position she held through 2008. She oversaw 500 agents and ten branches.
Gail and her husband, Ray, have three sons and eight grandchildren.
