2010 Broker of the Year

Judy Adler, Windermere Realty Group, Inc.

Judy earned her real estate license in 1988, and has been a Million Dollar Club member for 12 years.  She has served as a PMAR Local Director since 2008, the same year she served as MDC President.  In 2009, Judy was named the PMAR Chairman of the Year, an award given for her outstanding leadership and dedication as MDC President.  

Judy is involved in various charities in many different ways, including:

  • Board member and fundraiser for the EPR Foundation, which provides college scholarships for homeless teens

  • Mentor and fundraiser for the New Avenues for Youth program, which advocates for the education of homeless teens

  • Administrative/volunteer work for the Special Olympics

  • Coordinator and participant for the National Charity League

  • Coordinator and participant for the Windermere Community Service program, which donates to St. Vincent Hospital, the VA hospital, William Walker Elementary school, Doernbecker Hospital, the Ronald McDonald house, and various women’s shelters and low income senior assistance

  • Volunteer for Oregon Food Bank, Oregon Humane Society, and Lakeridge High School

Judy is the President and co-owner of Windermere Realty Group.  She is a Diamond-Platinum member of the Million Dollar Club and has earned her ABR and GRI designations, as well as several Home Builders Association designations.
