2009 Broker of the Year

Nancy Gregg, Realty Trust Group, Inc.
Nancy entered into real estate in 1978 and has been a member of the MDC for 11 years.  She has served as a PMAR Local Director since 2004, the same year she served as MDC President.  She is also currently a member of the PMAR Professional Standards Committee and the Home Builders Association Street of Dreams Executive Committee. 


Nancy was the 2000 Portland Home Builders Realtor of the Year, and that same year she began serving on the HBA Communications Committee and the HBA Street of Dreams site selection committee.   She has served on the Ultimate Open House Committee since 2007, and is a member of the HBA Sales and Marketing Council.


In 2008, Nancy was a sponsor of Habitat for Humanity Building Blitz, which built five homes in seven days, and 263 homes nationwide.  She was also appointed to the Washington County Child Advocacy Board in 2004, where she attends monthly board meetings to discuss programs designed for foster children and looks for ways they can be improved.   She is also an Oregon Food Bank volunteer, a Union Gospel Mission sponsor and volunteer, and a member of the Beaverton Foursquare Church Visiting Team, where she works with residences in retirement and nursing homes.


Nancy is a Diamond-Platinum member of the Million Dollar Club, with a volume of $7,364,750 in 2008.  She has earned her GRI and SRES designations, and is currently working on her CRS designation.
