RULES & REGULATIONS
ARTICLE X - COMMITTEES
The MDC Leadership Team shall create such sub-committees as are necessary for the functioning of the Club.
ARTICLE XI - RULES OF ORDER
Robert's Rules of Order, latest edition, shall be recognized as the authority governing meetings of the Club and its committees in all instances wherein its provisions do not conflict with these Bylaws.
ARTICLE XII - QUORUM
The Million Dollar Club members in good standing present in any duly constituted meeting of the Club shall constitute a quorum. A majority of the members of the Leadership Team shall constitute a quorum at meetings of the MDC Leadership Team. There shall be no voting by proxy.
ARTICLE XIII - GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
Section 1. The Bylaws of the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® shall be the governing document in all matters pertaining to operation of the Club which are not specifically defined in the MDC Rules & Regulations.'
Section 2. These Rules and Regulations may be amended upon completion of the following two step process:
- The MDC President, or his/her appointee, shall present proposed amendments, which have been approved by the MDC Leadership Team, to the PMAR Executive Committee and Board of Directors for their approval.
- Upon approval of proposed amendments by the Board of Directors, the Club shall provide seven (7) days notice to members that such amendments will come up for consideration at a duly noticed Club membership meeting. A majority vote of members present at the meeting of the Club is required for approval.
