Giving Back to the Community

Human Solution’s goal is to empower families, strengthen communities and rebuild hope. Human Solutions provides short-term rent assistance, utility assistance, career exploration and training, job placement, life skills training, professional clothing, childcare, and much more.

Transition Projects serves people’s basic needs as they transition from homelessness to housing. They strive to break the cycle of homelessness, and serve more than 9,000 people annually.

Transitional Youth actively works to reduce youth homelessness in the Portland are. Their programs include serving meals, operating a fully-staffed residental home program, offering a scholarship program, and helping to obtain full time employement.
